Tevin Thomas
Tevin produced, wrote and played keyboards on "The Rose That Grew From Concrete", the 2pac spoken word CD released November 2000 on Interscope/Amaru. Tevin is featured on "God" with Reverend Run and "Only for the Righteous" with Rah Goddess
Tevin's professional experience includes work as the Musical Director for the Impact Repertory Team's youth performance theatre group based in Harlem. Tevin composes original music for the group.  Impact also performed on the Martha Stewart Living Show as a guest of Russell Simmons on CBS. 

Tevin has performed with Babyface on the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Show on NBC and on the View and the Rosie O'Donnell show on ABC.  Ornette Coleman at the Bell Atlantic Jazz Festival along with Dernardo Coleman, Charnette Moffet, Mari Okobo, Badal Roy, Prabaka and Sultan Khan. In addition to this impressive on-screen resume Tevin  also plays piano and arranges music with Ornette Coleman for Todd Silar at Feldman Fine Arts Soho, N.Y.


His musicians  include:

Tarus Mateen -  Bass, performs on the Blue note label with Jason Moran,

Ronnie Burrage - Drums, performed with Joe Zawinul and McCoy Turner

Felicia Collins - Guitar, performs on the Late Show, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Show and shows with Al Jarreau and Babyface

Dave Metcen - Bass, performs with Will Downing and George Duke

Eric Person - Saxophone, performed with Chico Hamilton and McCoy Turner

Tevin is influenced by his daugher;

the African American religious experience, Tao, great music, literature, art, movies, fashion, dance and fine cuisine.
